2017 Oct 17 - Spicy Dry Pot (Chinese Sichuan Food)

This is one of my favorite dish.  It goes very well with rice and you
can basically use any type of meat and any kind of vegetables.

In this picture, I used:
  • Chicken

  • White Onion

  • Green Pepper

  • Yellow Pepper

  • Broccoli
What is the secret recipe?  
I used a pre-packaged sauce ($3.50 with 2 packets in each bag).
