Step 1: Cut the lamp into pieces (not slice)

Step 2: Marinate with 

white pepper (I didn't have lemon at the time)

1 egg

salt

sugar

soy sauce

black pepper

oyster sauce 

Step 3: Let it sit for about 30 mins

Step 4: Corn starch to coat the lamp pieces

cumin seeds and powder

hot pepper (dry)

sesame oil

Step 5: Pan fry (high -> medium/low -> high) - don't cook too long
