2025 March 19 - Cantonese Style Steamed Sea Bass

Step 1: Sea Bass Seasoning

Salt, Chinese Cooking Wine

Step 2: Prep

Ginger Slices

Green Onion

Thinly Sliced Ginger and Green Onion Strips

Step 3: Plating for Steaming

Put down Ginger Slices and Green Onion on the plate

Position Sea Bass on the top (so that it doesn't directly touch the plate)

Steam on Boiled Water for 12 mins

Step 4: Sauce

Soy Sauce, Sugar (little), Sesame Oil

Step 5: Completing the Plate

Remove the Fish from Steamer

Drain Most of the Liquid from the Plate

Put Ginger and Green Onion Strips on the Sea Bass

Pour the Sauce over the Fish

Pour HOT Oil over the Fish
