Hyatt Regency St Louis At The Arch (Unbeatable location)

Pros: Hotel is steps away from the Arch.

Cons: This hotel is very popular. We originally had a connected room without view, however the people next to us seemed to be smoking weeds, we could smell it in our room. After reported it, hotel said they will send security. We asked to switch room. The front desk first said no room is available, but after she talked to her manager, they were able to switch us to a room with a view.

Mutual: Room is a bit small, but for a downtown hotel, I think that is okay.
